Rocklife Youth gives youth what every child deserves: Access and Opportunity.

Meet our Executive Director

Caleb is the CEO and Founder of Rocklife Youth. His vision has always been grounded in seeing youth who face systemic barriers receive the access they need to be successful. He is also a Nashville native and alumni of Tennessee State University. He is married to Aignes Rogan, whom he also works alongside with in the “Just Us” program for justice-involved youth. Together they have 4 children: Manny, Amelia, Aiden, and Eden. Outside of his work and family, he loves sports/outdoors and is also a huge fan of the Tennessee Titans. What Our Program is About

  • We want every youth to know that they are a born leader and that they also have a voice. We use youth-led activities, service projects, and simple life skill projects to build a sense of leadership amongst our youth.

  • We want to spark creativity and vision in the youth that we serve. We use performing art forms such as poetry, music, dance, film and theatre, and arts and crafts to build passion and help youth express themselves.

  • Both of our afterschool and summer programs include healthy meals, sports, and other outdoor activities that build a culture of healthy living within our youth.

Our Recent Work

Our program is proud to be a partner on a cohort with NAZA, the Nashville Public Library, Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College, the Mayor’s Youth Council, and Youth In Action to form Nashville’s Vision for Holistic Youth Development. This vision implements the growth practices needed to ensure that out-of-school time programming is impactful. Learn more here.
